Cirrocumulus consists of fine white cloudlets or ripples, generally without grey shading. In the WMO definition, most regularly arranged elements appear less than one degree wide. This is angular size in your view, not the physical width of a cloud.

Use it as a lesson in texture: look for a fine-grained pattern rather than the larger shaded patches of altocumulus. Our photograph also contains wispy cloud, so concentrate on the small patterned areas. A cropped or zoomed picture changes apparent scale; keep a wide sky view for comparison.
