Bayern won in 1974, 1975, 1976, 2001, 2013 and 2020. Eleven finals put it ahead of Liverpool’s ten when their six titles tie. Milan’s seventh trophy keeps Bayern third, even though the two clubs have the same number of finals.
The 54.5% conversion rate is context, not a second tie-break. Three consecutive wins establish the early peak; three later titles extend the record into the Champions League era. Counting only that newer era would answer a different question.
