Andrew S. Grove’s management handbook addresses organising work and developing teams. It earns seventh because a founder’s job changes when colleagues need clear expectations, feedback and coordination.
For someone hiring soon, this can beat several higher-ranked books. In our general beginner ranking, however, it follows the need to find customers. It beats #8 on operational detail but falls behind #6’s narrower owner-dependence problem. Read it with one team bottleneck in mind; a solo launch does not need every technique.
