This Orion Nebula mosaic combines 520 Hubble images with ground-based photographs to complete the view. The bright central Trapezium stars help carve a cavity in the surrounding gas. It earns its place by showing a stellar nursery as a crowded environment, not a lone star.
Compare the central glow with the dark surrounding ridges. Tiny planet-forming disks discussed in the source are too small to see clearly here. Do not mistake a rich overview for a resolved close-up of every structure inside it.
