Domènech i Montaner’s concert hall brings stained glass, mosaic, sculpture and ironwork into a working musical setting. A guided visit explains this combination; guided and self-guided options take different approaches. A concert differs from a building tour.
It beats La Pedrera for uniting arts and purpose. Sagrada Família wins for the greater spatial impact of its branching structure and light. Music lovers may reverse the top two. Check tour language and inclusions, and do not assume a concert ticket gives the same route as an architectural visit.
